KIJ Kent International Jamboree 2009 - 30-07-2009 - 06-08-2009
Summer 2009 - The Kent International Jamboree (KIJ) will be the place to be. Join young people from across the UK and around the world for an incredible Jamboree experience.
KIJ will have its own dedicated 'Explorer Zone' bordering each sub-camp. Each day, afternoon activities and evening entertainment will be provided exclusively for Explorer Scouts and Senior Section Guides (aged 14 to 18).
Do I need to come to KIJ with my Scout Group?
No. You will be able to attend KIJ as an Explorer, either individually or with your Explorer Unit. If you wish to come as a young leader with a Scout Troop, you can come with your Troop and drop into the Explorer activities when you want to.
What can I expect?
A lot of fun! Themed nights, such as a 'Bin-Bag-Bond Cocktail Night', mega multiplayer games consoles and of course 'Raves'! :)
