The 15th Golden Bog Seat Competition!
Crazy Golf!!! Each team brings items to build a crazy golf hole - either make the hole as part of your normal unit meetings or bring all the materials to design and construct it on the day!
Prizes for the best holes and scores.
Tee off time will be 4pm on Saturday afternoon! Each team will try out the entire crazy golf course. Scores count to the Bog Seat competition total!
During the weekend you will also be able to take part in JOTI (Jamboree on the Internet) communicating with people around the world and have the opportunity to complete the International part of the Chief Scout Diamond or Platinum Award.
On Saturday evening, entertainment will be provided and a late evening supper will be available. Teams should bring their own camping equipment and food. If building shelters please note the site is mainly open without woodland.
When: 16th - 17th October 2010
Arrive: From 10am on Saturday. Flagbreak and construction time will begin at 11am.
Collection: Midday Sunday
Where: Lower Grange Farm, Grange Lane, Maidstone, Kent, ME14 3DA
Cost: £5 - bring your own food for the weekend
Teams of roughly 4-6 people
You can attend this event without your leaders providing they agree and supply you with an Event Passport. This must be presented at the start of the camp along with a completed health form.
