Young Leader Training Terms and Conditions

Thank you for applying to attend our Young Leader Training Weekend.

Before you continue your application please read the following.

1. When filling in the form please check you have filled all boxes before you submit it.
   
   
2. Please use the drop down boxes to select the modules you wish to take.
   
   
3. Please use the drop down boxes to select your district and section.
   
   
4. All applications are provisional until we receive your paper work.
   
   
5. Once you have applied we will need all your health forms within 1 week. If we do not get them in this time then we will remove your application.
   
   
6. You do not have to stay all weekend you can do as many of a few modules as you wish.
   
   
7. If you are staying overnight you will need your leader to stay with you or a correctly filled in event passport.
   
   
8. Failure to attend with no prior contact may mean that you are not allowed to attend another training event and the cost of the event could be passed onto you or your group.
   
   

Once you have filled in the form you will get an email with instructions and a pdf document to download which will include, health form, code of conduct, event passport, and map.
